Folding
cartons to hold products such as cereal, toothpaste, video cassettes,
vitamin bottles usually are considered to be a four panel style.
The major advantage of this style is the cost effectiveness in printing
and converting (die cutting/gluing). We can also add thumb tabs
and catalog locks, change the style of the tuck flap, and dustflaps. Click Here to view diagrams. |

Same
as the four panel above except that there is an additional book flap.
This has become quite popular in software packaging. Due
to the book flap, the overall flat size of the carton is larger than the
four panel therefore this increases printing cost and converting cost
(die cutting/gluing). We can also add thumb tabs and catalog locks,
change tuck flap and dustflap styles. Click Here to view diagrams. |

This
is very popular style to hold "small" products. The 5th
panel allows additional area for graphics which is limited for a small
carton. This style is commonly used in the cosmetic &
pharmaceutical industry. It can be commonly found in office
product stores. The 5th panel allows you to place a hole to hang
the carton. We can also add different types of holes such
as the circle, single bump, and triangle. Click Here to view diagrams. |

consists of gift boxes, boxes with lid and base, donut boxes, display
boxes, point of purchase (P.O.P) displays. Some trays are glued

trays allows easy loading and removal of products. Click Here to view diagrams. |

Presentation
folders are commonly used for presentation of materials by companies.
It may be used to present annual reports or sales brochures. Folders
can also be generated with a capacity pocket and spine to allow more material
to be inserted, however, this will increase manufacturing cost since the
gluing and assembly will need to be done manually. Click Here to view diagrams. |
